紧赶慢赶终于赶在老板收摊前赶到,吃到了这家店今天白天卖的最后一碗面。34一碗的牛杂面,贵吗?一点不贵,浇头份量实足,牛筋入口即化,汤底鲜美无比。面条用的是跳面,非常筋道。说实话,过去几年在成都我很少吃汤面和清汤抄手,原因是老老实实吊汤的老板实在是太少了,所谓的鸡汤抄手就是小时候老妈拿来给我做抄手的套路:鸡油+白汤。作为一个不适合喝肉汤的三高患者,最后的那个连汤都喝完的空碗应该是对不忘初心做美食的老板的最高褒奖!
