From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, was absolute perfection.
On arrival we were greeted by Fern in reception who went out of her way to make our check in as pleasant and as relaxed as possible. Her friendliness and willingness to assist was a credit to the hotel. As she could see we were very tired after travelling for a considerable time and our room was close to the bar with music, she offered to change the room to a quieter part of the hotel. Very much appreciated indeed.
The room itself was extremely large and spotlessly clean with fantastic views over the pool and ocean.
Breakfast was another delight with a vast array of cuisines on offer in the surroundings of the Maya restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much for them. A massive thank you to Claire, Nitta and Boy, you made our stay extremely enjoyable. Again, nothing was too much trouble. Claire went the extra mile by taking it upon herself to put together an information folder for our onward Journey the following week to Phuket. Thank you Claire.

The hotel itself was immaculately maintained and the pool, the largest in Thailand at 7000 square metres , was unbelievable.

All the staff work hard and take pride in thee hotel under the guidance of the manager and Vincent, deputy manager. Vincent was always around and more than approachable, should you need anything.
