Great casual restaurant with great food and service at the Dallas Farmers Market. Nice variety of excellent brunch choices. Healthy choices and not so healthy ones. Great mimosas! Try it, you’ll be glad you did!

Mudhen Meat and Green是一家非常健康的早餐店，典型的Farm-To-Table。健康餐厅有很多，但能兼顾味道的就很难得。店里很有名的一道叫做Power Bowl，从名字就能看出吃完一碗能量满满，碗里的东西确实也是很丰富，有奎奴亚藜，黑豆，鸡蛋，西红柿和鳄梨等，超丰富蔬菜和蛋白质。另外，牛油果烤面包配甜菜茴香酸菜和鸡蛋也有不少人推荐~
