-Ok, ...to begin with, their cappuccinos were extremely good. A bold coffee and very hot just like we make them at home. - Very attentive staff. - A real Western/Asian selection. - Great breads and pastries. - French Toast, Pancakes & Waffles, very nice.

The restaurant offers a great variety, most pretty high standard. Normally buffets are not my style, but at this restaurant in Sofitel I often have meals. I am a frequent business traveller and its nice to know that after a tough day packed with meeting, i can enjoy a very good dinner at the hotel, without having to wander out to the streets.

Fusion restaurants can really be a hit or miss experience. This one was a hit, with the mix of Vietnamese spring rolls and ginger tea to the confit duck/braised beef rib and hot chocolate cake (choc fondant). Really impressed with both our dinner and breakfast here.

My partner and I were spending long stay at the hotel during TET holidays, so we spent many meal at the hotel eg breakfast buffet (around 840k dong each not incl. vat and service charge), a la carte dinner, also a la carte dinner on Valentine's Day. For breakfast buffet they serve quite wide varieties, from viet, continental, Japan to Chinese as well. They serve sparkling wine in the buffet and it's my first time to try Buck's Fizz by mixing oj and the wine. Whenever we were leaded to our seats, waiters would immediately ask if we want tea or coffee, we liked the cappuccino very much. Similar type of coffee usually cost over 30k dong elsewhere, so nice to have it in the morning buffet. Danish pastries were nice, and love their fresh juice especially the detox ones. Bread selection is more than enough, like white, dark brown bread, baguette etc, a range of jams are readily available at our seats, mango ginger was quite special and we quite liked it. A la carte dinner are of superb quality. Lamb chops were cooked per requested, not suggesting choosing chips as they are frozen ones, we chose mashed twice. Valentine's Day dinner they had some special settings, like candle pillar and some roses pedals on the table cloth, cosy and warmth that made our Valentine's Day dinner special and romantic. If you stay over 7 nights at the hotel, don't forget to check if hotel has granted you 15% discount as for some reasons our experience was that we needed to keep checking and reminding them regarding the discount.
