The restaurant and gardens are simply beautiful. Make sure you take the time to look around and enjoy the decor as well as the food. We chose the three course menu with wine pairing and it didn't disappoint. Whilst it was a three course menu there were several snacks in between courses. You can choose from a set menu of three, five or seven courses. With the snacks, I felt that the choice of three courses was perfect. This was definitely a whole dining experience and each dish was amazing.

Start with the rose champagne, followed by 15 pices of art accompanied with well selected wines - the so called "store oplevelse". To visit this place you need time to enjoy the full round propely, and money to pay it before you leave... ...it may be that Michelin knocks at the door some day. The tastes were well built, and the dinner pretty enjoyable. That said, the best was the delicate way staff performed their tasks and relaxed, but distinguished atmosphere, as well as simply furnished, but festive space. Small kids probably do not value this restaurant as high as I do, but for special occasions this is perfect.

Good menu with interesting compositions. A number of the dishes where the same as last time we visited (3 months earlier). The wine menu was OK but not great. Overall a good experience, but I have had better at this price level.
