I'm no Koay Chup expert...I didn't even know what this was until my wife told me I'd ordered it. All I know - is Koay Chup looks terrible everywhere else I see it. Here it looks amazing AND clean! I started going a few years ago after I broke my leg. The portions are good and the flavours are wonderful for a savoury breakfast. I don't order the innards but the different varieties of pork: crispy belly, sausage, rib - are more than enough. The owner's daughter speaks great English and is very friendly. A family run place that is getting more and more custom. 50 baht for a 'large' or portion. Great value and great taste.
These are dishes Thai people enjoyed since our grandmother's time or beyond. Lovely, unpretentious and clean place with plenty of seating by the main soi. Parking is difficult but one can leave cars in the nearby streets. I came here first time today after my morning gym and I like its simpleness. Yet, the crispy pork belly looked so yummy. I ordered koay chup soup without noodles. It came with pork meat and vegetables. See picture. Its good to be had with rice. The soup has peppery spicy taste. It also contained sausage with minced pork which was delicious. I think there was some MSG like most street noodle soups so beware if you are allergic. It reminded me of my childhood. Wanna go back there for more.
Koay Chup Restaurant，环境很简陋，但是卫生可以，这家的猪杂炒河粉还可以，猪杂的比例较多，味道清淡。
