I work close by to Westfields so usually start with a coffee from here. Best of all was in the city for Vivid and started here with one of their special Vivid cocktails and bar menu. Highly recommend. It's not cheap but it's worth the $

I think my waiter had given up the will to live. He forgot to put our order in and seemed absolutely nonplussed when we asked him about this. The other staff stepped in and saved the day and they where nice. Despite this, the restaurant seemed confused and chaotic. Lots of people working but not helping. The restaurant was dark and I did not like the vibe. I would give this place a miss and go to another location of Jones.

Food was average for the price ($20 for a pulled pork burger with chips, nothing fancy). Iced teas taste nothing like it (apparently they add a heap of cordial to it). However the main concern was the length of time it took for them to serve food that was pre-ordered. We were a group of about 16, most pre-ordered, but then those who didn't pre-order got their food first, the rest of us waited about 15-40 mins to get it (didn't come out all at once either). One meal didn't even come out at all over an hour! And no apology or offer to refund. Makes a mockery of the poster outside which says something about sharing good food served fast.

Never been as angry with a place, $17.00 for a terrible roll with processed "chicken" a scrap of bacon and not much else, angry with myself for even paying for it, also no sign showing the price only one showing $10.00 for the baguettes which looked a lot better and more reasonably priced, someone needs to review this outrageous pricing or put some actual chicken in it. Never will go back. So much competition on the same floor, go somewhere else or don't get the $17.00 roll!
