I started taking my children here after swim lessons 20+ years ago and it remains one of the best teriyaki places in Seattle. It as resisted the trend of making the teriyaki sauce so thick you can't taste the meat. Just as delicious as always. Not at all fancy. I think they do a lot of take-out business.
