Coyle’s其实是间面包店，但是店内对茶的准备可是一点也不马虎，这里的茶叶都是loose leaf，还会提供茶壶冲泡，伯爵茶、花茶、London Fog等都很推荐，明亮舒适的氛围让喝茶更成为一种享受；除此之外，也不要忘了试试他们家的小点心像是不同口味的可颂、司康或是柠檬磅蛋糕，这里还有非常热门、搭配经典茶和主厨特选甜点的下午茶组合，不过要事先订位喔！

Yesterday morning, May, 21 I had a very nice cherry almond croissant and a very good cup of coffee at Coyle's Bakeshop which is on the corner of 80th and Greenwood in Seattle. The place was not super busy at the time we arrive in the morning about ten or so but it soon filled up with a line going from the counter to the front door. The croissant was delicious, very flakey and tasty. I also split a mango tart which was really yummy. Should I get the opportunity to be in that particular area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stop in and enjoy their coffee and some baked goods.

I've been to Coyle's Bakeshop several times and have been impressed each trip. Granted, they do not have multiple cases of pastries to choose from, but believe me, what they lack in quantity is more than made up for by quality. They have a seasonal fruit pastry that is phenomenal, and the croissants melt in your mouth. It is now my favorite spot for a quick breakfast!!

What a great place. The hardworking staff of this bakery create the most amazing baked goods and lunches made from scratch using the best ingredients and your taste buds know it. The coffee is locally roasted and you won't find a more decent espresso (they have other beverages but I'm an espresso nut.) The baristas are well-trained and know their coffee! If you're lucky enough to book a table for the special tea service they have once in awhile (sign up online for their newsletter for more info on that) even better because the pastry chef and owner bakes up some new things every time. Last time I came for an early lunch and had the best sandwich ever... handmade bread of course...but it was the beet hummus spread on it that took me to another sandwich level! I love going here. It's in the Greenwood neighborhood and I always find parking on the residential streets around the corner. I go solo but the place is filled with couples, moms, kids, all ages. It's totally fun. Remember they are closed Mon and Tues and the other days they are open 7am to 4pm last I read.

We are staying in this area 3 months, work related. So we read a lot of reviews, magazines, free papers, to get ideas of places to try. When we saw the photo of the passion fruit tart, well, that was it. They are fabulous. So are the million dollar shortbread bars and the macaroons. Nice staff. Would go there every day if our waistlines would allow.
