Amazing dinner, friendly staff, good environment, nice music, excellent italian delicatessen, best value for the money.

Find this place in Milan regardless of how far off your route it takes you. I remeber thinking a sandwich shop must be truly something to be rated #3 in a city like Milan and it does not take long to see why once you eat there. First, we failed to check opening and closing hours when we decided to stop by and got there minutes after 16:00 (when they closed). However, we were invited in to have our order "to-go", which was very kind. We were taken through the menu and all our options (there is surely something for everyone here with so many choices) and we ordered 4 sandwiches and a couple of craft beers (both excellent btw). Then, as our order was prepared it started raining heavily and so we were invited to stay and eat there, despite, at this point, it being well past closing. The food was excellent, the beer we were recommended as well and not enough can be said of the service. And by the way the man serving us turned out to be the owner's son and so if you see this: thank you, Simone! You were amazing! On a light glance you might think there are similar places to this in Milano, but make no mistake - this is made great by the people running it: do yourself a favor and say hi to "the boss" for me when you're there!

Friendly staff and great food! Good location in city centre. Most important - lot's of smile and very good wine :)
