Saigon shack,越南餐馆,招牌西贡河粉,生牛肉切成薄片铺上粉上,牛骨熬成的汤头味道浓郁,喝起来也没有油腻感,米粉顺滑弹牙!混合着猪虾粉条的炸春卷、炸蟹肉饼,酥脆可口,越式三明治结合了法棍的酥脆和培根火腿的香甜,果然是纽大食堂啊。

位处于纽约大学附近的一条街,旁边餐厅甚多,但是这家却一直生意红火,饭点总是需要排队。招牌的Pho便宜又量大,配的牛肉也很大块。其他小食口味一般。值得一提的是翻桌率非常高,而且服务员也很迅速,所以等位时间一般比较短。

这是一家越南餐馆,位于纽约曼哈顿下城苏豪区的麦克道格尔街,靠近华盛顿广场公园。餐馆规模不太大,但人气很旺,经常需要排队等座。这里做的越南菜和小吃比较简单但很好吃,尤其是汤粉很经济实惠。

越南菜真是讨喜,简单又令人满足的好味道。招牌河粉汤头味道够鲜美米粉够弹牙。毫无油腻感炸蟹肉饼和酥脆可口的炸春卷。外酥内软的三明治融合了蔬菜的清香和培根火腿的香甜,好味!

We love this place. It is small and there is usually a wait to get a table. Also, there is no air conditioning so they will open the front doors. On very hot days it can be a little uncomfortable. The food is delicious and very fresh. The portions are a very nice size. We usually order a variety of items and share. They have sandwiches, noodle dishes, appetizers, etc. They do have some spicy items and they can be VERY spicy so be careful. They can adjust these for you if you ask.

No reservations, fast noisy and young restaurant. At 6pm waiting is not long. Fried fish was excellent.

The service was nice and the food was fresh, but the flavors were very muted. I had the fresh rolls with shrimp--middle of the road. The lemongrass chicken was hot and nicely grilled but the sauce was so light on fish sauce that it was just salty/sweet rather than authentic. I think the cuisine has been adapted to students/tourists' taste. Not a bad lunch but not particularly bold or authentic (and I've had fabulous Vietnamese food on the west coast and in Asia).

位处于满是餐厅小馆儿的Macdougal St,生意却一向红火 店里大概有二三十个位置,翻桌率非常高 越南咖啡,味道挺经典 Shrimp Summer Roll,吃起来很清爽,Basil的味道有些重 Fried Crab Cake,端上来的时候非常香,蘸上酱简直吃起来太满足了! 地瓜薯条,绝对是满分的小零嘴儿。如果能更脆一点就好了 Classic Pho,就是最普通的牛肉粉,牛肉非常大块而且量很大,汤底还比较鲜 Spicy的Pho果然更够味儿,同样也是分量十足

要说在纽约最爱的越南餐厅,非saigon shack莫属。地地道道的越南风情。天寒地冻之时来上一碗pho简直人间温暖。闷热压抑之际来吃一碗凉粉又清凉解暑。 开放式厨房 混合着猪虾肉粉条的炸春卷,即使不搭配一旁的鱼露,馅料的滋味也够鲜美了。 酥脆可口的炸蟹肉饼,配菜是糖醋口味的腌萝卜丝,黄瓜丝和生菜。 超爱的越南三明治,融合了法棍的香脆和培根火腿的香甜。喜欢吃辣的话可以额外加辣~这是extra spicy 招牌西贡河粉,生牛肉切成薄片铺在粉上,两颗Q 弹的牛肉球,和炖的入味又软烂的牛腩肉,牛骨熬成的汤头味道浓郁,喝起来却没有一丝油腻,米粉也顺滑弹牙。佐着粉吃的是豆芽,九层塔,墨西哥辣椒和青柠。 简单却令人惊艳的好味道
