明明是有提前预约的,但是计划赶不上变化,比预订时间晚了一个半小时,然后到了餐厅服务员还是客气的接待尽量让我们坐了预约的位子,其实我们本来只要能进就好了啊! 我是饿坏了――吃了满盘的草,小伙伴恨我就这么清盘,她照片都没有拍。

如果喜欢吃寿司的伙伴们,我觉得一定要来这家Sushi Ayumu的餐厅拔草一次,他们家的寿司真的太新鲜了,口感也是一流的。

新加坡读书的同学提前给我们预定了,说是这家餐厅在新加坡当地也是属于蛮高端的一家日料店了。食物确实很新鲜,不过和它昂贵的价格相比较,个人觉得性价比一般

hashida sushi ,在mandarin gallery!师傅说所有食材都是每天从日本的渔市空运过来!老师傅捏的寿司真是好吃到流泪哦……捏的也挺创意的!

他们的日料价格确实有点小贵了,我觉得不仅在新加坡,这个价位在日本当地吃的话也是贵了。不过相对于他们的食物而言,也确实贵的值得。

We visited for our anniversary and the food was very good. We had the omakase and let the chef decide. Our needs felt very personally and precisely taken care of. We will be back for a repeat visit.

Another impressive Japanese sushi restaurant in Singapore. Hashida serves slightly more cooked dishes with its omakase, but the sushi is the standout out. Chef Sato is very meticulous and careful with his plating. Every piece is sliced as you watch. This may mean slightly long waits in between courses, but they are worth it! Some interesting seasonal fish is on offer. Everything tastes really fresh. I'm not a fan of mackerel, but the horse mackerel was light and refreshing, devoid of strong of odours. The Chef said that the restaurant receives a new supply four times a week! The various cuts of tuna belly were awesome. Sake was slightly on the pricey side. The servers could also have been a little bit more conscientious in topping up water, clearing plates etc. But I'm really quibbling. This is an excellent dining experience, and I highly recommend it!

Had dinner there a while back ago. Mediocre Japanese food, not great, not bad, just not spectacular enough to justify $900 for two. Have not gone back since.
