For 300 baht u get an all u can eat bbq with free flowing sides (rice, noodles, pasta, salad). We don't eat pork so couldn't try the ribs but they looked awesome from afar. The fried chicken n onion rings were also great. Beef skewer could be better (found them tasteless). I can see why the place is usually packed.

First off, Matt's Joint Grill isn't actually in Krabi Town - it's on Koh Phi Phi! Last night at Matt's I enjoyed an order of chicken wings as my starter, beef tacos as my main and a few cocktails to drink. While the chicken wings were quite delicious and the tacos themselves were also pretty delicious, a few things really hold this place back for me: 1. Both my girlfriend and I are pretty certain that we received some sort of food poisoning or other food-borne illness, likely from uncooked vegetables used in our tacos and salads. Maybe this isn't a common occurrence and it's possible it was from somewhere else, however we had only eaten one meal that day, and it was from Matt's. 2. The taco shells in my order weren't baked properly and were pretty hard to eat. Other than that, the drinks and food were pretty good, however having to sit on a toilet for most of the next day is not really how I want to spend my time.

299 baht all you can eat buffet in evening. Lots of choice, lots of items not that good quality, when good items hit the buffet you've got to get them quick, it can be a bit cut throat. We liked it to get away from Thai for a night and a lot of meat. The salad buffet was a poor selection. However, I don't think you can expect too much for the price paid. I don't remember it being called this name though? If I could have rated good I would, why average or very good TA? Where's the good button??? Service ok, this service isn't great in a lot of places, drinks and bill came when asked, that's all I need. I would say try it.
