Pomerol
We had dinner at Pomeral last week. We came early and had the nicest French restaurant all to ourselves. Got the benefits of happy hour for their appetizers. We made a tasting menu out of the appetizer list. Started with raw oysters and cured swordfish; finished with the most generous portion of foie gras I have ever had. The pork belly and coddled duck egg were just as enticing and at a happy hour price. Ashley was spectacular in developing our tasting menu.
