they have a small room for afternoon shisha. It seems that Shisha is only available when the main owner is around but he seems to be around the restaurant usually. The food is very good. i tried their skewer and it was very excellent. Overall a decent place for halal food and not far away from itaewon. It is on the third floor of a thunder burger.
The Arabic House (formerly Dubai Layala - you'll still see this sign on the building) has some great Arabic food. I've lived in the middle east and this food easily compares. My friend and I were extremely delighted when we saw Kabsa on the menu (which my friend claims she's only ever seen in Saudi Arabia). I've been to this restaurant twice, both times the food was excellent. They provide a lot of food so the higher end price tag is definitely worth it (expect to pay 15,000KRW on average PER dish). The shisha here is EXCELLENT. I'm an avid smoker of sheesha, I even have one at my place but the quality here has been the best in Seoul that I've experienced so far. If it wasnt for the uncomfortable bench in the smoking area and the high price tag (if I remember correctly it was ~20,000KRW for one pipe), I would probably come here for shisha all the time. Apparently the decor was recently upgraded. It's nice, but nothing to get excited over. I plan to eat here once a month to satisfy my Arabic food craving!!
