I was in this restaurant for dinner with my family. Firstly the gurl taking the order was extremely rude. It appeared as if she was doing us a favor by allowing us to eat at the restaurant. The service was extremely slow. I think the number of tables put in the restaurant is only for show purpose. This restaurant is not capable of serving more than one table at a time. We had to wait for nearly 45 minutes for our food to arrive. The quantity of food was also less. When we asked to add 4 chapatis, the waitress mentioned that it will take 20 min, we were ok with it. But that 20 minutes got converted to about 40 min, When we reminded, the waitress, she said I am serving the other table now, it will still take more time for the order to be ready, We asked to cancel our order, the rude gurl appeared to be extremely happy with it and in sign language mentioned to the waitress that let them go. When we mentioned that even if the food was good, the service was pathetic, the rude gurl at the restaurant started to again speak rudely. She was making comments like "we are a very small restaurant so dont expect service from us". I will not comment about the size of your restaurant, but with this kind of mindset and lack of customer service skills, you will definitely be a very small restaurant. The worst moment was when the rude gurl told us that "All Indians are the same, this is not the first time we had such comments from Indians". It was extremely disappointing to see such comments from a restaurant which is struggling in terms of serving the people as well as customer service. I will never go there again and recommend others to not go as well. There is no place for racism in this world.
