Great 300g Aussie rib eye (VND270k - sorry, it was gone before I reached my phone to take a pic), Octopus and ratatouille (photo) and ambiance on the bar (Folliet Coffee, which is great too) - that was yesterday night and I look forward to being back there! I specially enjoyed dining at the raw concrete outside bar in the backyard, a few meters away from the kitchen that looks beautiful and efficient. Chef Duy (member of Escoffier Vietnam) is a real pro and it is enjoyable watching him lead his kitchen team. Couscous Royal was a special that night, I did not try but my friend did and loved it. I should have taken way more pictures. The wine by the glass (Cotes du Rhône at VND100k a big glass) is good value. They serve Beer Lao, which reminded me good memories.
