I used to eat from here five days a week. Now I visit every other week hoping it'll get back to its original form but it's always awful. Wrong orders, late delivery, bread grilled to a crisp, food that tastes like it's just not right. Today was the last straw - they said they had no bread. Not "can you wait a minute" or "we're just getting it" - just that there was no bread. Presumably they expected to give me the sandwich fillings in a bag. I'm not wasting my time with this place any more. Classic Hanoi business. Start off with good staff and the owner overlooking the place. Then the owner loses interest or moves onto another branch and the good staff all leave and be replaced by those who aren't properly training or motivated. It's a disaster now.
