At its "off-Broadway" location, joes bar is a cozy coffee shop that serves delicious coffee (still $2 for a large cup) and espresso drinks, alongside delicious sandwiches (we had the basil/olive caprese) and fresh crepes. It's a great neighborhood joint that is dog friendly and a great place to wait if you are able to grab one of the few tables/chairs that are inside or along the sidewalk.
