We ordered a lobster, 3 prawns, a blue marina (all grilled), a plate of fried vegetables and some soft drinks, which cost us about USD80. We find that the seafood were over grilled, resulting in a dry and tough texture. The staff seem unenthusiastic about serving their customers and lacked the initiatives. Eg. at the seafood ordering counter, the staff did not bother to acknowledge our presence till we had to catch her attention. She simply gestured us to wait and disappeared for more than 5 minutes and we had to get help from one of the waiters. After settling our bill, we asked for direction to the washroom. The staff pointed to the building behind us. But when we walked over, the security guard asked from us coupons from the restaurant where we dined in before we could enter. Why didn't the restaurant staff issue us a coupon when we asked for direction? These are little annoyances which affect the overall dining experience. On the whole, we are not impressed by the service and food quality.
