位于洛杉矶小大阪 龙拉面～ 店主是88年龙年出生的 Tatsu是日语 龙的意思～ 这家店非常的火～不过日本拉面在洛杉矶出名的店饭点都会大排长龙～iPad点单～看得出来店主很会marketing,很多非亚裔的客人 免费的海苔随便加 不错 汤头比较浓郁 菜单对我来说有些复杂 还是更喜欢吃小东京的Shin-sen-gumi 专心吃一种口味～ 龙拉面一半的价格

Best around but not as good as ramen in Japan. The broth is tasty if you get the quite spicy, otherwise it’s kind of bland. The tonkatsu broth lacks the pork fat. It’s healthier but not as delicious. The noodles are wonderful, you get a full egg with is nice. I had to go to the table behind mine to get the spicy sesame oil sine it was on the other end of our table. I’d go back and get the spicy instead of mild. And we wish you could add an egg to the Old Skool.
