My husband and I decided to try this restaurant for an Iftar evening. He called and asked if they had vegetarian options on the buffet. He was told yes. When we got to the restaurant, there was only the salad bar, soup and 2 appetizers that were vegetarian. I mentioned this to a manager. He and the chef said something would be made for me. I did not want to take the chef away from his cooking station because he was by himself. When I got back to the table my husband wanted me to have something more than soup and salad. He went to the chef and manager and asked them to make something for me. The chef left and came back with 3 lovely flavorful dishes. The chef and the manager tried to accommodate our requests and succeeded. However, the person on the phone taking our reservation should have either told us there was not a vegetarian option or the chef would be happy to make something for me. This was never done. A customer should not arrive expecting something and it not be there. All in all, we would not hesitate to return or recommend this establishment. We will say something about our experience though.
