Let me start with this quickly: if you just want to have "sushi", enjoy the" vibe", you need a city center location, or if you are very much price conscious, then skip this place and go elsewhere, as you will be disappointed. There are many downtown locations with fancy interiors or carousel-type, all-you-can-eat options – try your luck there. Not that there is anything wrong with the surroundings here, and it’s still just a 10-minute drive from the city center, but it is the sheer quality of the food itself where this place excels and plays in an entirely different league compared to other establishments. This is top quality, authentic Japanese sushi prepared from the freshest ingredients without any shortcuts or compromises. Local patrons frequent the place from all over the city, as they all know that this is the real deal in town, with superior price/quality ratio. (BTW – if you are like me, who loves sushi but not the Asian-type desserts, and you want some traditional sweets to close your meal with, there is no need to go elsewhere either: the owner’s wife operates a cake shop in the same building, with excellent home-made cakes to pick from.)

We are frequent visitors of this charming Restaurant. Noriko sushi provides food of highest quality for good price. I saw when the owner refused to take over an entire tuna from the supplier, because he was not satisfied with the colour of the fish. A must see for every sushi lover.
