Great pasta dishes and meat dishes, with a marvelous wine pairing from an extensive wine listing. The service was pleasant and well timed. The ambiance of the dining area is a blend of traditional architecture with several modern touches. We recommend the pasta dishes as among the best we have ever eaten!

We got there through the manager of the NH hotel where we were staying. We did not put too much trust in the indication but it was closeby and we decided to give it a go. It was a bit tricky to find but once inside the smell was really inviting. After an opening delicious Prosecco served with some local appetizers, we switched into gastro mode. You won´t be served pizza, bruschettas nor bolognese here even if you beg ! It is a fine dining restaurant for Italian traditional wine and cuisine lovers. We had sucessfull starters which we shared. The first one was the fresh of the day ravioli shortly followed by a black linguettini dyed with squid ink served with seafood. Of course we also had wines served by the glass which was great to try different ones. We were so enthusiastic with the place we ordered right off 2 main courses. The fresh orange caramelised pork was just great. My tuscan beef was anything I was expecting, reduced to threads in a thick wine sauce ! As delicious as unexpected. We finished in great style with some desserts, coffees and local brandies. Surprisingly this 4 hour dinner only cost us 140 euros. A great experience. Loved it !

We had dinner here and it was excellent. The menu provides an extensive variety of food and the wine list is amazing. I am gluten free and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs. They made sure that everything I ordered was free of gluten and it was so delicious! I had a gluten free pasta that was excellent. Everyone else at the table had no complaints either and everyone had a different item. It is also very reasonably priced. The wine list is very extensive and you can find a very reasonably priced bottle of good wine to an expensive Brunello. And we didn\t realize we were the last customers at the restaurant. We were having such a good time an never noticed there was no one else there. The staff did not ever make us feel like we needed to leave. I\m sure they wanted to go home, but they were just as happy to have us there and enjoying our meals!
