This restaurant is located in the Hiroshima Mitsui Garden Hotel. You\ll find white bibs at your place at the table to protect your clothing--a nice touch! The miso soup was excellent. The sushi was good and so was the tempura. However, ginger was missing. The service was erratic and everyone was not served at the same time. Some people were a quarter the way finished with their meal before others were served.
