I found Coffee Tower on the lake just as it was supposed to be, and for a coffee snobs perspective it was worth finding! It just out into the lake and is a pretty site that had more locals than tourists (I was the only one). Several were eati g and the food looked good, but i was here for the coffee. And the coffee was fresh, flavoursome and hot and done in a European style that we generally love in Australia. So if you are in Mandalay and trying to escape the poison known as Nescafe 3 in 1 head on to Coffee Tower.
