Twice I went to Burger King in March 2016. First time I sat in the restaurant and every single table was filthy, bits of food were on the floor and I stood in sauce and to top it off they got my order wrong!! Second time I used the drive through and I spent 20 minutes waiting on getting served because there wasn\t enough staff and they were too busy serving customers inside!! I ended up beeping my horn and told them off for their shocking service and drove off! If you want unpleasant service then by all means "take a trip to Burger King"

First of all I love a nice Burger King. This is my local one but I no longer feel happy giving them the money for such a poor meal. I now have to go out my way and drive further away to the Gyle branch which always leaves me wanting more. Strange considering they are all serving the same product! The meat doesn\t taste as good as it should, the buns normally taste stale and untoasted. The cheese is also never melted and preparation is sloppy. On top of this the service as stated in other reviews is extremely slow, waited over 20 minutes to be served in the drive through on more than one occasion. I find it hard to believe this is due to it being cooked to order as the burgers taste as if they have being sitting for quite a while. I have complained twice and both time when the complaint is passed onto the branch they are uninterested. I\ve voted with my feet and won\t return but the customer service leaves a worse taste in the mouth than the stale tasting burgers.
