Paca Paca is one of my favorite stops in Urubamba. Their hosts - Carlos and Nena - are amazing and the food is delicious. The place is, colorful and artsy and the dishes are varied, well executed and nicely presented. From local potatoes tu sacha tomatoes, every dish has a touch of peruvian cuisine and local produce. Loved the trout, the "saltado" (sauteed meat and shrimp) and the sacha tomatoes with raspberry artisanal ice cream are absolutely delicious, a must visit for a laid back/slow afternoon!
