刚到新奥尔良坐车经过这家店门口时是下午三点左右， 下着雨，看到队伍排出一个街区，当时就决定得来试 试。没想到，这个餐厅离酒店只有四五百米远，第二天 早上就来吃早餐了。八点钟，排队有二十多人，没排到 餐厅外面，还好。这里的规矩是，在柜台点餐，付钱， 顺便拿饮料。找桌子坐下，有服务员会把收据拿走，给 你配餐，再端上来。点多了的时候，他们有时会上错， 服务员会讲英语的不多，所以沟通费劲。 口味是典型美国南部特色，最好吃的是Baked Ham和香 肠。点套餐，含这个Biscuit(其实更像司康），肉，主 食，鸡蛋，种类和做法都可自选，经济实惠而美味。

While in NOLA, we ate twice a day. Breakfast at Mother\s was a must! Traditional and cajun styled menu options, all delicious, accompanied by the best biscuits I\ve everrrr had, served with a blackberry/blueberry jam. I always got their ham, which was also, the best, most tender and delicious ham, hands down. The last day we ate there, I had to order the oyster po boy, which was my one and only lunch I had and shared it with my husband at the airport a few hours later when we left for home. I can\t imagine eating anywhere else for breakfast, although everything on their menu looked AMAZING!!!!!
