We went for dinner and the staff took forever to serve us and they were not helpful when we inquired about the menu. The food was ok but the prices were rough. Never again. I will go back to Sushi Lico where they always treat you like family!!!

After working a long hard week, my family and I decided to order some sushi. We decided to get it delivered as we were all tired. We called Sushi Sake and ordered our food, gave the lady the credit card information as asked. Our bill totaled over $100 and was told it would take up to an hour. We were already hungry but were okay with the wait time. 2 hours passed and we were all looking out the window scouting the delivery person. We decided to call the restaurant and explain what was going on and if the delivery person had left the restaurant. Please be aware that we live 5-10 minutes away from the Sushi Sake. The person on the phone explained that the delivery person had left and that there was nothing he could do. After being rudely spoken to on the phone call, the delivery woman arrived at our house. We showed her the credit card and ID, she gave us the receipt which we left no tip on the card as we left her tip in cash and we wrote the total on the receipt, and the receipt was signed. Opening our food , we noticed our sushi was cold. We decided to just be grateful and to just eat as we were very hungry after waiting 2 hours for our food. After a few days passed, we noticed the charge finely appeared on the credit card bill. Checking to make sure everything was okay, we noticed that the amount was not the same amount as our receipt was. It appeared that the delivery person wrote a tip amount on our receipt. We called the restaurant, explained what happened and where told that there was nothing they could do but they would look into it. We spoke to a gentlemen who rudely and disrespectful talked to us. We asked to see there copy of the receipt and the man explained that the receipt was at the office which is not located in the restaurant. We asked were the office is and he did not want to tell us the location and he said that the office was closed till Monday. We asked when on Monday we could go to the office to examine there copy of the receipt and he said that
