I will preface this review by saying that my family have been going to Choyan since it first opened many many years ago. The food is generally very good and all the people are very obliging and lovely. The restaurant itself is great but it has lost a bit of its wow-factor, it seems a bit tired. The tables used to be adorned with bright, white tablecloths and warm hand towels. I would say that now it is a bit more cafeteria-like. Having said that we still enjoy a good meal there, it is fantastic for families and large groups. The restaurant is accessed by quite a few stairs - it is possible to use an electronic chair for some (but not all) of the way, so I would not say Choyan is wheelchair accessible. Overall though I will most definitely be back and I would recommend.

We regularly order from Choyan and have always been satisfied with the food quality. How-ever... Please NEVER order through Menu Log though Choyan is more than happy to use the service, they will take NO responsibility for your over $100 order being 35 minutes late! I have been UTTERLY disappointed with Choyan\s handling of our order being over 30 minutes late... We have been easy regular clients and on the night they are so so late and we call to (fairly) complain about the delay, we get NO apologies but a "this is because you order through Menu Log" so our fault OBVIOUSLY (which they are happy to take advantage of but will not take any responsibility from)! We ordered over $100 worth of food, no apologies whatsoever, and after demanding compensation, are offered a mean 10% on your next order... Pathetic service without mentioning the rudeness of the staff who kept on interrupting and blaming us for ordering through Menu Log. Such good food, such terrible service....
