Stayed at the hotel while in Parramatta for work. Hotel is isolated so you are kind of forced to use their restaurant. We ordered the Sirloin steak, 1 rare, 1 medium-rare. When served, the one with the Rare flag stuck in it was clearly overdone and the other had half its side medium and the other end raw. The meat was 1/4 gristle. I don\t know what they were doing in the kitchen but it wasn\t cooking. We were too hungry and in a hurry to get it done again and just wanted to get out. When paying I was not going to say anything but when specifically asked how the steaks were, as if they were suppose to be something wonderful. I told the waitress, and that it wasn\t hard to get it right, she genuinely took no interest in what I said. If I could give a zero rating I would. Avoid and get take out.
