I make it a point to come to Jake\s every time I visit KL. It\s become a routine of sorts since the food is so consistently good. Have your steak the way you want it and you surely won\t be disappointed. My order is pretty much the same each time. Raw oysters, escargot, and steak with extra corn and baked potato. Lots of beer. It\s my adult Happy Meal. I would definitely warn against the soups though. I\ve tried different soups on 3 different occasions and they are shockingly terrible which is a big surprise given how good everything else is.

Nostalgic memories of childhood coming in and dining here. Gone were the days where people celebrate birthdays only in steakhouses! Great steak and mains. Tenderloin was really tender and I like it. Sirloin was very difficult to eat. I didn\t quite like it so my partner had to eat it for me. The meat was really so tough I felt I had to fight with the meat. It\s really odd because I\ve never had such "tough" sirloin before. Apart from that, our appetisers were great. Staffs were all very nice, took a photo for us too and emailed it to us personally.
