Very good dining experience. My husband and I shared Elk steak and bison short ribs. Both meats were tender and delicious. The side dishes were also impressive. The fresh vegetables and scalloped potatoes were perfect flavored. The red wine match the food very well. The ice cream was special, but really too tiny...
