We had a big family dinner here and the experience could not have been better. They do what I\d call "Greek nouveau" food - traditional ingredients used in imaginative new ways. Everything we had was delicious, and our party of 17 all seemed very happy with it. The decor is both modern and nostalgic - old bicycles and antique switchboard parts and such - all in a warm golden glow of wood. They serve the wine in chemistry beakers and the bread in paper bags - funky, hip and delicious. Very reasonable, too.

One of the memorable places to have dinner or lunch or both ! Very beautyfull interior decoration that gives you a very cozy feeling. The staff and manager was very pleasant and helpfull for everything I needed. The dish choices satisfies every taste and their size satisfies every level of hunger. More means less? not in this case. Everything was very well cooked and beautyfylly served. Great in size tastefull portions, some of which we could have avoid, but we didn\t... so we got desert for free... Remember to make a call for a reservation, since you might coincide with a date that the place is overwhelmed. The thing I remember mostly, is the friendly and heartly handshake with the manager, as if we knew eachother for a long time. Definitelly I will visit again!

This restaurant was a wonderful surprise in not one of the best areas of Athens. The food, service and ambience was really excellent, resulting in a wonderful dinner with original tastes leaving us both fully satisfied. Prices are a bit higher than an average taverna but totally worth it. Highly recommended
