Living in the Blue Mountains, we are forced to travel to Westfield Penrith to shop. Apart from the bland shopping on offer at Westfield, the ubiquitous food court is always the predictable and boring mix of multi-national and high-fat food that is contributing to Australia\s burgeoning obesity epidemic. Enter "Stir Crazy Noodle Bar", just outside and between the two alluring arms of the Plaza. I had the Chicken Teriyaki, my wife had the Pad Thai. Both dishes were prepared fresh, served in very generous proportions, within ten minutes of order. The Teriyaki, served with steamed rice , broccoli and carrot was amongst the best I\ve had. The noodles with the Pad Thai were perfect and flavour balance was better than most Thai restaurants we have visited in recent years. Oh, and the bonus of free bottled water from the fridge was unexpectedly welcome. We thanked the manager personally and will enjoy a well-balanced, fresh food experienced here again when next we visit Penrith.

This is a great Place for a nice quick lunch when you don\t want deep fried stuff.. Is quick and easy and the veg is fresh. Satay is my sauce of choice !
