Having driven past this little place on the corner many a time, we finally got there! Busy little restaurant, with seating at the bar or tables. Table service with lovely waitresses. Clearly a busy dinner service on a Saturday night, clearly under the pump and yet still so friendly and attentive. Nice size menu with chilli cheese fries, wings, few salads, brisket, ribs, burgers and pulled pork rolls. I guess typically what you found find in an American BBQ restaurant. Few beers and American soda’s on offer. I opted half a rack of pork ribs. All BBQ meals are served with either fries and slaw or Tex-Mex black beans, green chilli rice (not spicy at all) and pico gallo salsa (fresh tomato salsa) The mister ordered the Hudson’s Corner Pit Masters Combo plate with fries and slaw and a serving of the extra hot buffalo wings. Everything was delicious. The pork ribs were so tender it almost fell of the bone, there was no need to pick up the bone to clean it off!! Knowing the mister LOVES his spicy food (the hotter the better kind of man), I was actually surprised to see that he was sweating after eating the extra hot wings! So well done Hudson’s Corner, well done!! We had an Entertainment Voucher and we will certainly be back!

I\ve been to Hudson Corner a few times and have always enjoyed the food. I now prefer to get take away so I don\t have to deal with the lack of service. They always appear short staffed and overworked. It\s hard to get eye contact from anyone as they\re so busy. I will say that they are always pleasant, just too busy to make it a nice experience. It\s such good food, so I hope that they fix the staffing issue and make this business even more successful

Dinner for 3 adults, range sampled of both drink and food. Now I\m a BBQ fan and oft frequenter of BBQ joints, this place is getting there but wouldn\t be my first choice. Everything is cooked well, there are no faults, but for enthusiasts they need to notch it up 20%. More smoke, more spice etc. Wings tried all 3 types, there good but not exceptional, ribs soft and tasty, sides OK. Beer selection is eclectic and fine, they have a few good bourbons. Ambiance is cafe-like and rustic, I guess befitting its suburban setting. Great if you live in the area.
