Although it is not my first time to visit Cairo Festival Mall , but by accident we went to eat at "Fratelli La Bufala " ,, it was a real good choice. Food was very good , typical Italian food,,, bruscetta , insalata caprese and the Pizza as well , the reason I wrote very good food and not excellent is because the Pizza was in need to last few minutes more in the oven to be crooked . Ambient was very nice in front of the dancing fountain. I recommend it for my friends.
