The first time I went to Mince was because of the huge reputation that it had for good burgers especially after some real good burger places like TBK shut down. However it looks like by expanding the business the owners of Mince (who own also Sit Hosneyya and Makani) could not maintain the same quality and consistency in all branches. For instance the branch of waterway has a mediocre customer service ... It took more than 30 minutes to get me the check and 18 minutes for a waiter to come and take our order and almost 40 minutes to serve the food we ordered. The food was reasonable - not bad - and doesn\t really stand up for the huge reputation I heard and I found the quality of Butcher burger way much better but I cannot deny Mince quality is above average and in fact it is reasonably priced on the good side however they entirely blew it with their customer service and add to that the fact they failed over 2 months to provide home delivery in places such as El-Rehab although it is 1 km away from waterway branch which indicate a clear management failure that is taking a potentially good restaurant down.
