When I lived in Lakeland we would eat at Roy\s on special occasions and we always loved it. I have been telling my Daughter-in-Law about our visits for11 years so I brought her when we visited Orlando. She said it did not disappoint!!! The food was great and so was the service. I wish we had a Roy\s where I live now . I had the chocolate soufflé and it was Amazing as always!

With so many restaurants to choose from on restaurant row, we never seemed to make it to Roy\s before last week. I\m so glad the hubby chose it for our anniversary dinner. We went on a Wednesday night so there was ample parking and the restaurant wasn\t that busy. The service was great and the food was even better! I ordered the Roy\s trio (salmon/mahimahi/mysoyaki) it was very good but my husband\s dish was so much better! He ordered the short ribs and my goodness were they tender and delicious! The potatoes and broccolini his came with was also delicious. I was disappointed in the side I chose to pair with my fish. The crab fried rice was not fried but rather dry and bland, not even soy sauce helped. We had the complimentary chocolate soufflé for dessert as it was our anniversary. We almost passed it up as we were both stuffed. It was also good just very rich. We will definitely return!
