We came to Malldine twice while in Kandy. The food was really good with really large portions. The first time we went was for lunch we got a fish curry and a vegetable curry. The portions were huge, we could have split one dish. The curry was very good. The second time we came we split a vegetable kottu roti which was divine. We asked for it to be extra, extra Sri Lankan spicy, so he brought us the jar of spice. HAHA we killed the jar and paid for it! We also ordered samosa here which were very nice. The place is definitely not the fanciest place, but good food and great service!

If you would like some cheap local food that is absolutely delicious, this is the place you must try! Friendly waiter and great people watching! Will definitely be back. Best Kottu Rotti and amazing passion fruit juice! Highly recommended!
