This review is about Ichiran. Ichiran is a ramen house. But Ichiran is not usual ramen house. Ichiran major in a Hakata ramen so they sell only a Hakata ramen. Hakata ramen is a needle with a pork bone broth. Ichiran is popular with Japanese. In 1960, first Ichiran was established by a husband and wife who lived in Fukuoka prefecture. They managed Ichiran but they considered to quit Ichiran because the husband and wife was old. However, regular customers asked them to continue Ichiran. After that, the husband and wife decided to continue Ichiran but they resigned a job. They designated Mr.Yoshitomi as chief executive officer of Ichiran. Mr.Yoshitomi has taken over chief executive officer and advanced around Japan. Now, Ichiran is more than 50 stores. I think Ichiran is the one of best ramen house. Ichiran serve only one of Hakata ramen and side dishes. At the first, we might think the menu is too few. But we can arrange own favorite Hakata ramen. For example, we can choose a degree of spicy, thick soup,thin soup, quantity of a long green onion, a quantity of garlic,hard noodle and soft noodle from menu. Therefore, you can taste dozens of ramen of pattern in one of Hakata ramen. This Hakata ramen has a great point. The great point is using a secret soup. This secret soup has been studied for long time. This menu correspond to English,Korean and Chinese. Waiting time is few minutes even if Ichiran is crowded. In addition, Ichiran \s atmosphere is comfortable. Seats in Ichiran is separated individually. We can comfortably and quietly eat a ramen in Ichiran. People who have visited Ichiran reviewed that Ichiran is good and they are almost satisfied with ramen of quality and Ichiran \s atmosphere. But, they some complain about ramen. The complain is a noodle of few noodle. They think noodle of quality does not suit against price. They can\t fill their stomachs so they orders second. Thus, price of summation is more expensive.
