Everything in this restaurant was too expensive, even Beer, food and beverage. The staff served slowly and dont smile. I dont think this is the good choice for our next party.

Only one point made me notice: ladies here often quite sexy and Wear as little as possible Price is expensive..Food is in small amount and acceptable

Stopped by here purely to use the bathroom facilities to be honest en route whilst we were sight seeing. The establishment is very large with modern lighting and has a western feel to the bar, not at all cosy or ambient. There was only 1 diner, a single man hooked to his phone. The staff were sat low behind the bar so they could not be seen scanning their phones. We ordered a beer each to enable us to use the bathroom facilities without feeling remotely guilty. My husband told me that the gents toilet has a "one way" mirror so that whilst you use the urinals you can see the bar very clearly and he wondered if people would be able to see him - he said this was very off putting. The ladies was a different matter, one very greyly painted cubicle, with no mirror as he described. Rather strange. 1 beer a piece we perused the menu and it appeared to offer very "fried" food which looked very beige and un-appetising. It took us quite a few minutes to raise the attention of the two barmen sat low to the floor behind the bar on their mobile phones to ask for the bill - both of us shouting "Hellllloooo!!!" when one knudged the other when he snapped "What" in a moody aggressive way at us - we had been sat at the bar so it wasn\t as though he didn\t know we were there! How rude and how we must have inconvenienced him. The bill 110 VND for 2 beers - expensive for Vietnamese standards when everywhere else you can pick up 2 beers for 60 VND or less, THEN! they charged us 5% and 10% on the top of this making the total bill 127,050 VND!!! We hadn\t been charged these taxes at any other establishment in Hanoi nor had we been charged so much for a beer. Completely awful establishment and would never return or recommend. The staff need a huge lesson in customer service.
