Nice small pub in the heart of the old quarter to escape the Ha Noi heat. Cheap beers, and lovely staff. Good place to watch sport if you\re into rugby or football.

We ordered the "special" shisha. I\m not sure what made it "special". I asked the waitress why, and she said "all shisha is special" hahaha.... The staff here are great - very personable - unlike a lot of other bars around the Old Quarter like Rockstore and Bia 45 right across the street. Being surrounded by friendly, happy people gives the place a much better vibe and makes the whole night better. I\m not a big fan of the shisha scene in Vietnam because they tend to use the instant-lite coals instead of natural wood coal. But the hookah pipes at Prague Pub are relatively better; they\re larger, cleaner and they use a good brand of shisha. Nice Czech beer selection as well. Stick with Staropromen; it tastes just like the original in Czech. The Krusovice tastes like a much lighter version of itself; perhaps they brew it locally using a different recipe, like Asian-Heineken and Vietnamese-Tiger.

We came here for some food, and it didnt disappoint. I had the traditional Czech dish which was a bit like a Schnitzel (named differently) and it was awesome for a good price too (approx 80,000vnd). The beer wasn\t very cold though so that was a bit disappointing but im sure its not like that all the time. They do do sheesha as well though so if loads of people had been doing it around us it might not have been so pleasant in there, but they do also have outside seating. The place is nicely decorated as well with quirky pictures with nice slogans, and also beer barrells as tables. I would go back again if ever in Hanoi and looking for Czech foods.
