My girlfriend and I ate at Pharaohs Bar and we we\re treated to the BEST meal we had here in Hanoi. Our server/manager, Michael wen\t above and beyond to make our meal extra special on top of the marvellous food. Also not to mention the spectacular view of the city on the 63rd floor of the hotel. Would recommend to anybody

Finding somewhere in Hanoi that stays open after 12 midnight is difficult. This bar in the Lotte Hotel stays open until 2am. Atmosphere was relaxing and the food and drinks pretty good. Service was also very good and most of the servers very proficient in English.

Stayed a few days at this hotel over New Years. After dinner sat at the window and enjoyed a glass of champagne. Found it quite amusing the waiter approach me and asked me to write a review on trip adviser and if I did I get a free drink. I never got the free drink because I couldn\t get on to my phone. But most enjoyable views
