Warning! Only come here if your super hungry. I had the satisfaction which is essentially a jumbulaya. It had the perfect amount of spice and loads of Cajun flavour. I pretty much needed to be rolled out in a wheel barrel I was so full. I went at lunch time on a Tuesday and the service was lightning fast and it was easy to tell the food was fresh hot from the pan to my plate within no time. I also paid market price of $14 for an alligator skewer which I thought was well worth it to try once. If I had more money I would order it more often though = ) the alligator skewer was delicious also!
