Popped in on a very wet Wednesday evening, but the place was surprisingly busy. Got a nice cosy table in one of the alcoves, which was very nice. Wife had pork terrine to start followed by the duck, both of which she thought were outstanding. I had the pigeon breast, which was very nice, especially with the cherries on the dish. Didn\t know I liked cherries so much until I ate them! For my main, I had the rib eye. Tasted lovely and I would have knawed at the bone as well if my wife had let me. Only criticism is that there were maybe too many onions on the steak, easily fixed though by moving them to one side. All in all, an excellent meal. We did not stay for dessert as we had to rush to the cinema.

Excellent food. Lovely atmosphere. Staff were lovely and attentive. Have already booked to go back there on 25th July, 2016! Oh, and the wine was delicious.
