I had lunch and dinner there several times. The food was fresh, authentic, tasty, and feels like home. To have the best dinner experience, don\t expect the regular restaurant service. Just imagine that you have been invited by a turkish family who would do anything to make you feel happy and welcomed. You can expect little mistakes and/or errors in your order, but again it\s a family business, and every family member is doing his/her best in their position for the business to succeed. Will definitely keep going there.

First, I\ll tell you what it\s NOT. It\s not a fancy Park Avenue faux-Turkish spot. It\s not a big, corporate, perfectly branded and designed experience. It\s not at an easily accessible location. What it IS, is an authentic restaurant run by real people who make ridiculously delicious and addictive food that is better than any other you will find in the area. It is WORTH finding the place, it is WORTH knowing that you should park in back through a little side street that you can easily miss, and it\s WORTH dealing with the rough edges of an immigrant-owned business. Stop caring about shiny things and worry about the food. I\ve been to Turkey. You will never find food like this anywhere else here. Just go there looking for real food and not a perfect, shiny experience, and you will go back again and again, and will start telling people about it and they will go back again and again. And you can all smile and discuss your addiction together. And if you have a party larger then 4, call ahead! They need the heads up if you want a good experience.

I have never sat down to eat at this restaurant,but have ordered the mix grill for 2 to go 3 times,having spent 10 days in Istanbul last month,i am still impressed with their food and think it\s much better than in Istanbul,the restaurant is very dated and need an upgrade very bad,the owner young son does the waiting and cashing which is one of the negative things about the place,service is something they are lacking and will continue to order take out only.
