Friendly, nice folks. Family owned and run. They have expanded menu now and more reasonable menu than previous owners. Try it, I think you will like it. Their Mango and Papaya salsas are great! Ribs are great. Served with large pieces of corn bread and more.

This restaurant has recently come under new management and is no longer a barbecue, I don\t think? Having driven by on numerous occasions, finally stopped in to try it out. We were warmly greeted with Aloha by an exceptionally friendly staff in a very nice home feel atmosphere. So my hopes were high that we\d have a nice barbecue offering, that was not the case. The main offerings were a full page of burgers, my wife had one and it was very, very good. I had a burrito which was good but weird! Let\s just say that it came stuffed to the brim with refried beans or optional baked beans, with rice or spanish rice? No lettuce, no sour ream (although it supposedly had some, even though I asked for more), no guacamole. So although the quality of the food was really good, it lacked identity, I really don\t know whether this is a barbecue, burger or semi-Mexican place, but probably worth another try once they figure out what they\re really serving.

I tried this restaurant and was disappointed. I had the BBQ ribs and they were very tasty and well done, and that\s where the experience ended. This place charges restaurant prices for meals that have sides no better than all the fast food Hawaiian quickie food places. The cole slaw was not that tasty, and the baked beans...what were those? They weren\t baked beans as I would have expected them. They tasted like unflavored white beans from a can. This place is poorly located so it really needs to up its game for anyone to really take it seriously. The good thing is that it\s the sides that need work. The meat was good.
