I got the Laulau. Had never had one and it was excellent. Staff friendly and restaurant clean. We would definitely recommend.

Good food from soup to main entre and desserts. Great place for family gatherings or any home cooked meal for 2 people. Quick service with a smile. Wide selection on the menu to choose from. Stopped in on a rainy day and ordered the won ton soup combo (teriaki pork and macaroni salad), and the loco moco. The portions are large and very satisfying. Next time you\re in hilo and you\re at the mall, stop by Kuhio Grill for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You will definitely find something you\ll like.
